Text Message (SMS) Privacy

When you opt in to receive text messages from ATL Clean Space, your phone number and consent status are recorded and used solely for service-related communications.

We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number or personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. You can re-subscribe at any time by replying START.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service fulfillment: with the assigned cleaner, to the extent necessary to complete your service
• Payment processing: with Square or other payment processors, who maintain their own privacy policies
• Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect our rights

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services and fulfill our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Client data is stored in Google Workspace and accessed only by authorized ATL Clean Space team members.
