Terms of Service

Agreement

By booking a service or submitting our intake form, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients of ATL Clean Space.

Services

ATL Clean Space provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the greater Atlanta metro area. Services are performed as described in your service proposal. All work is subject to access to the property at the agreed time.

Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking date.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of service, before the clean begins.
• Accepted payment methods: Square (card), cash, or as otherwise arranged with your coordinator.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the deposit.
• Rescheduling with 24+ hours' notice carries no penalty.
• A $35 lockout fee applies if we cannot access the property at the agreed time.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If any area does not meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address it at no additional charge. This applies to the scope of work in your original service agreement.

Supplies

ATL Clean Space brings all necessary cleaning supplies unless you specify otherwise. Eco-grade products are available for an additional fee. You may request that we use your own products — note that we are not liable for outcomes resulting from client-supplied products.

Text Message (SMS) Terms

When you provide your phone number and consent via our intake form, you agree to receive text messages from ATL Clean Space at the number provided. Messages may include:

• Booking confirmations and appointment reminders
• Service updates and follow-up communications
• Responses to your inquiries

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. You may also contact us at jasmine@atlcleanspace.info.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Limitation of Liability

ATL Clean Space carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage, we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items of extraordinary value, or damage resulting from client-supplied products or instructions.

Recurring Plan Pricing

Recurring plan rates are locked for enrolled clients. We will provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice before any price change takes effect.
