The questions we actually get.
Do I have to be home?
No. Most clients are not. We arrange access however you prefer — lockbox, code, or a key handoff — and every commercial job closes with a photo report, so you can see the finished work without being there.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything. Equipment, chemicals, cloths, and hospital-grade disinfectant. You never buy anything or leave anything out for us.
Is the price really the price?
Yes. The number on the pricing page is what you pay for the home and add-ons you selected. If we arrive and the job is genuinely not what was described, we call you before doing anything — we never surprise you on the invoice.
What makes you different from any other cleaner?
Our founder sold into hospitals and trained on hospital safety protocol. Dwell times get observed, disinfectant is matched to the surface, and cross-contamination paths are planned around. Most companies call that overkill. It is just how we work.
What if I am not happy with it?
Tell us and we come back. We would rather re-clean a room than have you pay for something you are not happy with.
