Post-Construction Cleaning in Atlanta
Drywall dust does not stay where the work happened. It is in the return vents, on top of the door casings, inside the light fixtures, and it will keep settling onto finished surfaces for days after a single-pass clean. A general contractor cannot hand over a unit that still has a film on the windows. We run three phases with settle time between them, so the last pass is the one that holds.
